Check out an efficient and compact tiny house that packs a lot of home inside

Home construction veterans Mark and Emily Mitchel are tiny house builders who have walked the walk, literally, by moving into a 2,000-square feet home that proved to be financially debilitating. In their candid online biography, the couple explains the mess they were in and the downsizing it took to get back on track with their lives. They actually paid $6,000 just to sell their over-reaching home, so they could move into an 800-square feet farm house that suited them to a T. It also freed them up to pursue one of their goals: To begin building tiny homes.
"We now have a 20-feet Chic Shack and a 24-feet Relax Shack ... and just completed construction on the 24-feet Relax Shack Grey/Sky Blue Model," their website explains. And they have just completed construction of their "mini factory," in St. Peters, Missouri, that is twice the size of their own home, but sits on their own property.

After 30 years in the construction trades, let's take a tour of what the Mitchels call the "20-feet Chic Shack Model Yellow Tiny House On Wheels."
Let's start with two aerial shots of the interior. In this view, you can see the bottom edge of the sleeping loft -- one of two in the home. You can see plenty of floor space in the lower level.
Here's the reverse view, a shot also taken from the other loft. This view faces the bathroom.
Here's a closer view of the bathroom with the shower on the left behind the blue curtain. The builders allow for a few options with this home, including a self-composting toilet, a washer/dryer unit and linoleum wood grain floors as an option for the lofts (in lieu of carpeting).
From the ground floor, you can see the bathroom and the door to the closet -- yes, this model has a full-length closet.
Question: Who really appreciates a closet to the fullest? Answer: The owner of a tiny home.
This is a nice arrangement for the kitchen, which includes a full sized sink, a refrigerator, microwave and portable two-burner hot plate along with butcher block countertops.

Here's another view of the loft above the bedroom. One of the lofts is designated for a king sized bed. The other is capable of supporting a twin sized bed.
